Description Dr. De Iongh is Head of the Africa Programme of CML and has been Chairman of the Netherlands Committee for IUCN during 1999-2000 and he is a member of the Species Survival Commission. Since 1998 he is the acting deputy Director of the Tropenbos Research Programme, a collaborative research partnership with universities in Colombia, Guyana, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Cameroon and Ghana.
