Description Luc Zwaenepoel is a qualified manager, strategic planner and senior Institutional development Expert, with a breadth of international experience, acquired in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and elsewhere. He is holder of a PhD in Economic Management from the California University School of Management, and has built up a record in international development programming assignments over a period of nearly 25 years. Throughout this period, he successfully assisted a wide variety of governments, public administration structures at both central and regional level in the design, introduction and strengthening of programming and M&E functions. Mr. Zwaenepoel can also rightfully claim to have successfully managed large multi-disciplinary teams of international and national consultants. He assumed the responsibility of Senior Programming Expert cum Team Leader in various multimillion Euro Multidisciplinary Programme Coordinating Units. In his increasingly responsible assignments, he has also gained a profound knowledge of EU procedures at all stages of the project cycle and for various public sector institutions. Last but not least, Mr. Zwaenepoel brings a solid experience in training, financial analysis, donor coordination, MIS and PPME&S, intercultural management, and organization and administration of systemic changes in public administration institutions. | ||
