Description I was appointed Lecturer in Development Management and Governance at the Institute of Social Studies in October 1007. I recently completed a D.Phil. thesis in Development Studies at the University of Oxford. My research deals with rural development and local governance issues in Morocco, notably decentralization and participatory approaches. I was previously a staff member at the World Bank, both in the President's Office in Washington D.C. and in the Morocco Country Office.
