Abstract
Serai al-Hamra, meaning the Red Palace, was once the fort and residence of the Turkish Pashas, mainly during the Karamanli dynasty. The Palace now serves as government offices and a museum. Notice the huge poster depicting President Qaddafi in the lower left-hand corner. |
