Abstract This paper intends to explore ways a small tour operator specialised in Madagascar can prepare itself for a crisis and how it can manage one most efficiently by its own means. In order to do so, interviews with professionals working for tour operators have been carried out to gather qualitative data about their practices. In addition to this, a couple of experts in this field of crisis management have been consulted for advice on steps to undertake. | ||
