Abstract
O tema visa analisar as
entrevista semiestruturada. - Our professional experiences in the educational sector began in the school year
2009/2010, after our placement at Escola Superior de Educação (ESE), Unity of ENEFD
- National School of Physical Education and Sports. While we were in the role of teacher,
we were part of the executive direction of the National Union of Teachers and Employees
of the Higher School of Education (SIESE), participating in different moments of
negotiations between the Guinean Government and different educational actors in
Guinea-Bissau. From 2016, we have been acting as Head of The Languages Department,
until the date of our departure to Portugal, within the framework of the PRECASE
(Capacity Building Program of the Educational System of Guinea-Bissau), financed by
the Portuguese Cooperation. The exercise of Department Head and Union Manager
provided us with opportunities to know the internal organization of Escola Superior de
Educação, the dynamics of intermediate leadership and educational policies on the
Guinean educational sector in general. The theme aims to analyze the perspectives of the
Rector or Director of universities and higher educational institutions of Guinea-Bissau on
the Statute of the University Teaching Career of Guinea-Bissau. Chosen based on criteria
of the author of the project, the participants in the study are the Rectors or Directors of
the IES. The reason for choosing these participants is because they are familiar with the
diploma. The present study is qualitative and interpretive, whose data collection
techniques are, fundamentally, documentary research and semi-structured interviews. |
